Rules and Regulations

1. Each school may submit up to a maximum of three entries in each of the categories: video, animation and audio. Schools which submit more than the stated number will have their additional entries disqualified.
2. Each team should consist of 3 to 5 members. A student cannot be a member of more than one team.
3. Each team can produce a video, an animation or an audio clip on the stipulated themes and genres.
4. Each team must have a teacher-facilitator. The teacher-facilitator could facilitate up to two teams and act as a point of contact between the organisers and the team. He/She can provide guidance but should not be involved directly in the team’s production of the entry.
5. Entries in Chinese, Malay or the Tamil Language must be subtitled and accompanied with an English translation of the script.
6. Entries must not exceed the maximum duration stated for the category and genre, failing which the entry will be disqualified. (see “Competition Categories and Themes”)
7. Entries must adhere to the instructions spelt out in Sections A to D.
8. The closing date for submission is 23 November 2009.
